Notifications Page Overview
Welcome to the Notifications page in Taffy Tree. This guide will help you understand how to navigate and manage your notifications efficiently.
1. Filters
- At the top of the page, you’ll find three dropdown menus that allow you to filter your notifications:
- Date: Filter notifications by specific dates or a range of dates.
- Status: Filter by notification status (e.g., read or unread).
- Notification Groups: Filter by different types of notification groups such as mentions, task assignments, etc.
2. Notification List
- The main section of the page displays a chronological list of your notifications. Each entry includes:
- Sender: The person who triggered the notification.
- Notification Type: The type of notification (e.g., Mentioned, Task Assigned).
- Date and Time: When the notification was received.
- Message: A brief description of the notification, such as the task or comment that was made.
- Pagination Controls: At the bottom of the notification list, you can navigate through pages if you have a large number of notifications.
3. Mark All as Read
- On the right side, above the list of notifications, there is a Mark All as Read button. Clicking this button will mark all your unread notifications as read, helping you keep your notification list organized.
4. Individual Notification Actions
- Each notification has an eye icon that you can click to mark that specific notification as read or unread.
- A Delete Icon next to each notification allows you to remove it from your list if it’s no longer relevant.
Suggested Image Placement:
- Full Notifications Page Screenshot: Place a full screenshot of the notifications page at the top to provide users with an overall view.
- Filter Options: Include a zoomed-in image of the filter dropdowns to highlight how to narrow down notifications by date, status, or group.
- Mark All as Read Button: A close-up image of the “Mark All as Read” button to emphasize its functionality.
